11/05/2003: "New Police Sergeant"

Detective Russ Closs of the Perkasie Police Department was sworn in at Council's most recent regular meeting on October 20th as Perkasie Police's fourth Sergeant. Even though this happened two weeks ago, I thought it was worth a mention on the new site; Sergeant Closs is one of Perkasie's top cops, well deserving of this promotion.
